Zhang Haipeng has resigned as chairman of China State Construction Development (HKG:0830), effective Tuesday, April 15, due to work reassignment, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The construction firm, on the same day, named Wang Xiaoguang as its new chairman, as well as a non-executive director.
Wang is currently the CEO and an executive director of China State Construction International, the company's controlling shareholder.
