格隆汇4月13日｜领导日本执政联盟的自民党政策负责人小野寺五典周日表示，在日美两国政府定于4月17日举行的谈判中，日本不打算将其持有的美国国债作为对抗美国关税的谈判工具。小野寺五典周日称：“作为盟友，我们不会故意对美国国债采取行动，造成市场混乱肯定不是一个好主意。”上周美债的回调使较长期国债收益率飙升至2020年疫情以来最高水平，加深了本应是金融动荡避风港的美债的损失。一些投资者猜测，考虑到特朗普贸易政策的影响，全球储备管理机构可能正在重新评估其在美债中的头寸。小野寺说，日本应向世界贸易组织提出美国的关税问题。
