今年是广东、天津、福建三个自贸试验区挂牌十周年。在18日举行的商务部专题新闻发布会上，商务部自贸区港司司长孟华婷介绍说，三个自贸试验区建设十年来，紧紧围绕党中央赋予的战略定位，大胆试、大胆闯，全面落实总体方案、深化方案和对接试点方案赋予的800多项改革试点任务，推动自贸试验区改革创新从“夯基垒台、立柱架梁”到“全面推进、积厚成势”，再到“系统集成、协同高效”，成为了全面深化改革的先行区、高水平对外开放的引领区、高能级现代产业的集聚区和服务国家战略的示范区。

数据显示，十年来，广东自贸试验区进出口总额由2015年约1100亿元增长到2024年约7400亿元，年均增速超过24%。福建自贸试验区累计新设企业13.8万户，是挂牌前的8.8倍。天津自贸试验区年均实际使用外资超过20亿美元，以全市1%的土地，贡献了超过全市40%的实际使用外资。

同时，广东、天津、福建三个自贸试验区作为改革开放的“试验田”，已累计形成140余项在国家层面复制推广的高质量制度创新成果，包括跨境电商出口退货“一站式”监管新模式、国际海关经认证的经营者（AEO）互认制度、医疗器械注册人委托生产模式等，为相关行业的创新发展提供了“自贸方案”。
