BlockBeats 消息，4 月 18 日，据 The Block 报道，亚利桑那州的《战略数字资产储备法案》（简称“SB 1373”）已于周四在众议院委员会获得通过。目前，该法案尚需进行三读和全体投票，之后才能送交州长最终批准。
SB 1373 法案提议设立数字资产战略储备基金，该基金将由立法机构拨款和当局扣押的加密资产组成。该法案指出，州财政部长将被允许通过合格的托管解决方案或州注册的交易所交易产品将扣押的加密货币存入该基金，并且财政部长可以从该基金中借出数字资产以获得额外回报。
该法案称，“州财政部长在任何财政年度的投资金额不得超过该基金存款总额的 10%。”
