Mudajaya Group (KLSE:MUDAJYA) unit Mudajaya Corp. was served with a writ of summons by THB Power seeking winding up of the company over a payment dispute, according to a Thursday Malaysian bourse filing.
THB Power filed a case in the Kuala Lumpur High Court, seeking an order to reduce its payment to Mudajaya to 52.7 million, from 60.6 million ringgit, under dispute in a winding-up petition.
Mudajaya plans to defend the suit and take necessary legal actions, it added.
