霸王茶姬美股上市，首日股价涨超15%，市值达59亿美元
4月17日晚间，霸王茶姬(CHA.US)挂牌美股纳斯达克，股票发行价28美元，开盘价33.75美元，首日收盘32.44美元，收涨15.86%。
红星资本局注意到，按32.44美元的收盘价计算，霸王茶姬市值59.54亿美元（约合462亿港元）。在近年上市的新茶饮行业中，市值排名第二，次于蜜雪冰城（蜜雪集团，02097.HK)的1771.3亿港元。
同时，据霸王茶姬3月26日披露的招股书，2024年，霸王茶姬门店数量全球6440家，GMV（商品交易额）295亿元（人民币，下同），营收124.05亿元，净利润25.15亿元。以GMV来计算，霸王茶姬在中国上市奶茶企业中排名第二，次于蜜雪冰城的583亿元。
招股书显示，2024年，霸王茶姬GMV295亿元，同比增加173%。红星资本局对比发现，这样的增速在奶茶行业排第一。2023年，霸王茶姬GMV108亿元，还在行业排名第四，次于蜜雪冰城、古茗（01364.HK）和茶百道（02555.HK）。相当于霸王茶姬仅用一年的时间，GMV排名就升至行业第二名。
北京时间17日晚上9点半，霸王茶姬一线员工代表、加盟商伙伴和投资人伙伴共同敲钟，中国茶饮第一股正式登陆纳斯达克。
