彭博引述消息人土报道，南方航空(01055)正考虑让旗下南航物流在香港进行首次公开招股(IPO)，集资至少数亿美元。

南方航空原计划将旗下货运业务南航物流分拆至上海证券交易所主板上市，但在今年2月以“市场环境变化”为由，撤回上市申请文件。

当时公告指出，公司自筹划分拆上市事项以来，积极推进相关事宜，组织中介机构开展尽职调查等相关工作，并严格按照相关法律法规和规范性文件的要求履行了决策程序和信息披露的义务。然而，基于目前市场环境变化，为统筹安排资本运作规划，经充分沟通及审慎论证后，南航物流拟撤回上交所主板上市申请文件。
