【瑞安房地产王颖：房地产市场看到很好的信号，上海项目销售压力不大】金十数据4月18日讯，“我觉得未来中国房地产市场一定会进入新常态，住宅市场也是同样的。”今年一季度，中国核心城市的土拍情绪明显升温，“地王”频现。近日，瑞安房地产行政总裁王颖在接受采访时表示，“看到一些很好的信号，其实还是回到了本质，就是房地产市场要走向更高质量的发展。”“我们在2025年的销售（目标）主要是有上海的项目，包括翠湖六期风貌别墅。因为翠湖六期风貌别墅还是非常具备它独特的地理位置和社区稀缺性，相信这一类项目销售不是特别大的压力，大家也看到中海顺昌玖里完成了非常好的销售目标。”王颖说。
