中国石油企业协会17日发布的《中国油气产业发展分析与展望报告蓝皮书（2024-2025）》预计，2025年，我国原油进口量或延续下降趋势，国内油气企业将加速绿色技术升级。
这份蓝皮书由中国石油企业协会、对外经济贸易大学一带一路能源贸易与发展研究中心联合编研，作者团队由对外经济贸易大学、中国石油大学（北京）、中国石化集团经济技术研究院、中国石化勘探开发研究院、中国石化工程技术研究院、中国海油政策研究室等单位的研究人员组成。
蓝皮书显示，2024年，我国原油进口量为5.53亿吨，同比下降1.9%，进口格局延续多元且不均衡的特点，进口来源地主要集中在中东及欧洲地区，自亚太及南美地区的进口量逐步提升，自非洲及北美地区的进口量相对较少。
展望2025年，蓝皮书预计，随着我国勘探技术进步和油田开发力度加大，原油产量将继续保持稳定增长；我国经济转向高质量发展，在新能源汽车和可再生能源的推广下，对传统石油的依赖度也将有所下降；为了应对气候变化，确保能源安全，我国还将采取一系列节能减排措施，国内油气企业也将加速绿色技术升级；从国际环境来看，中东地区局势仍存不确定性，这或导致市场对于原油供应量的担忧加剧，进而也可能影响原油价格。受多重因素影响，全年我国原油进口量或延续下降趋势。
