Ascent Bridge's Subsidiary Enters into Service Cooperation Agreement with Guizhou Qianfeng Yintong Investment

Ascent Bridge's (SGX:AWG) wholly owned subsidiary, Shenzhen MTBL Global Technology, entered into a YiFangHe Mall" Non-Tobacco Product Supply Chain Platform Service Cooperation Agreement with Guizhou Qianfeng Yintong Investment.

Under the agreement the two companies will promote the development and operation of the YiFangHe Mall platform, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

MTBL Global Technology has obtained exclusive overseas distribution rights for Moutai Bualo 125ml and cover across 32 duty-free and duty-paid markets worldwide.

Under the cooperation, the two parties will utilize a network of over 55,000 licensed tobacco retailers in Shenzhen and provide them relevant services, including sales, supply chain management, brand promotion and logistics support.
