Beverly JCG (SGX:9QX) received a listing and quotation notice for 11,904,761 shares at an issue price of SG$0.0084 per share allotted to Leow Hoi Loong, under a subscription agreement, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The company also issued 81,117,845 debt conversion shares at SG$0.0093 per share under the debt capitalization deeds entered between the company and its creditors.
