Kinder Morgan is raising its quarterly cash dividend by 1.7%, to 29.25 cents a share.
The Houston-based energy infrastructure company on Wednesday said its board of directors approved a cash payout to shareholders of 29.25 cents a share, up from 28.75 cents a share previously.
The new dividend, equal to $1.17 annually, represents a yield of 4.34%, based on the company's latest closing price of $26.95.
The dividend will be paid on May 15.
