智通财经APP讯，南京高科(600064.SH)发布公告，2025年1-3月，公司房地产业务实现合同销售面积4.28万平方米(商品房项目1.64万平方米，经济适用房项目2.64万平方米)，同比增长6014.29%，实现权益合同销售面积3.43万平方米(商品房项目1.32万平方米、经济适用房项目2.11万平方米)，同比增长8475.00%;实现合同销售金额4.49亿元(商品住宅、车位等项目34,928.89万元、经济适用房项目10,001.28万元)，同比增长1214.79%，实现权益合同销售金额36,052.60万元(商品住宅、车位等项目28,051.58万元、经济适用房项目8,001.02万元)，同比增长1470.50%。
2025年3月末，公司出租房地产总面积11.51万平方米(商业综合体2.21万平方米、商业办公楼2.57万平方米、工业厂房6.73万平方米)。2025年1-3月，公司房地产业务取得租金总收入1,617.28万元(商业综合体204.47万元、商业办公楼706.87万元、工业厂房705.94万元)。上述商业综合体出租面积及金额的公司权益占比均为80%。
