【吉峰科技：公司实控人将变更为田刚印 股票复牌】金十数据4月17日讯，吉峰科技公告称，公司控股股东四川特驱和四川五月花拓展服务有限公司与安徽澜石及汪辉武签署《股份转让协议》，拓展公司将其持有的7236万股股份（占总股本14.64%）转让给安徽澜石。同时，盈沣一期和安徽澜石签署《表决权委托协议》，盈沣一期将其获得的2476万股股份（占总股本5.01%）所享有的表决权委托给安徽澜石行使。此外，安徽澜石拟认购公司发行的1.08亿股股票。本次协议转让及表决权委托完成后，安徽澜石将成为公司控股股东，田刚印将成为公司实际控制人。该事项尚需股东大会批准及深交所审核。公司股票将于2025年4月18日（星期五）开市起复牌交易。
