百度未来三年将开放2.1万个实习岗位给校园人才 提升实习转正率
近日，互联网大厂相继公布人才培养计划。4月20日，记者从百度招聘获悉，未来三年，百度将开放21000个实习岗位给优秀校园人才，并持续加强对实习生的培养，进一步提升实习转正率。
据了解，今年3月，百度已面向在校学生开放3000+暑期实习岗位，87%与AI相关，覆盖大模型、机器学习、无人驾驶等领域。值得一提的是，百度在今年首次推出了“三大实习专项计划”，三大事业群组将开放真实的大客户AI场景、提供充足的算力资源，让实习生参与到核心产品的技术创新与研发中。
百度高度重视校园人才引进，今年也将启动管理培训生计划、AIDU计划，面向AI领域招募顶尖校园人才，致力于培养AI时代核心业务的未来领军者、AI技术领军人物。
百度表示，当前已有数十名优秀管培生深度参与百度核心业务与AI创新发展，还有上百名技术博士深度参与机器人、自动驾驶、深度学习、大模型等领域的创新研究，推动技术突破与应用落地。
据了解，百度2026届校园招聘即将启动。面向全国700余所高校和研究机构，未来五年计划培养500万大模型人才和100万名自动驾驶人才。
