【同程旅行收购轻资产公司万达酒管】金十数据4月17日讯，同程旅行(00780.HK)宣布与万达酒店发展就收购其全资子公司万达酒店管理（香港）有限公司达成协议，交易对价约为人民币24.9亿元，估值倍数相当于其2023年度经调整EBITDA的9.5倍。万达酒店管理公司为一家轻资产公司，旗下拥有万达瑞华、万达文华等九大酒店品牌。根据其业绩推算，该公司2024年的减值亏损、税项、折旧与摊销调整后经营利润约为2.36亿港元。
