满贯集团就股价下跌及成交量上升声明，4月16日，主席兼控股股东王嘉俊最终控制的Tycoon Empire所持1.29亿股，因股价大幅下跌而被股票经纪强制出售。紧随出售后，王先生及Tycoon Empire共持有3.01亿股，占公司股本37.75%。董事会确认，集团业务经营保持正常及业务经营及财务状况并无重大变动。
