　　金山软件（03888）发布公告，有关（其中包括）向认购人发行31亿港元2025年到期的0.625厘可换股债券，公司已接获未偿还可换股债券若干持有人就行使未偿还可换股债券附带的换股权发出的转换通知。

　　于2025年4月16日，公司于接获债券持有人的转换通知后，向债券持有人发行总计3192.4万股股份。有关可换股债券占可换股债券初始本金总额约35.81%，已根据可换股债券的条款及条件，按当时经调整换股价每股34.77港元转换及注销。就该转换所发行的股份分别占紧接该转换前公司已发行股份总额约2.35%，以及于该转换后经配发及发行3192.4万股股份扩大的公司已发行股份总额约2.30%。

　　于注销已转换可换股债券后，可换股债券尚未偿还本金额为12.56亿港元，占可换股债券初始本金额约40.52%。
