路透4月16日 - 据《纽约时报》周三报导，特朗普政府正在考虑采取惩罚措施，以阻止中国 DeepSeek 购买美国技术，并正在讨论禁止美国人使用其服务。
中国推出的低成本AI模型DeepSeek已震动AI生态系统。美国政府随后采取措施打击这一中国初创企业，并阻止其从芯片供应商英伟达NVDA.O获得支持。
Nvidia的人工智能芯片一直是美国出口管制的重点，因为美国官员旨在防止最先进的芯片销往中国，以保持美国在人工智能竞赛中的领先地位。
特朗普政府本周采取行动，限制Nvidia向中国出售人工智能芯片。
Nvidia周二警告称，在华盛顿限制其 H20 AI 芯片对华出口后，该公司将面临损失 55 亿美元的费用。限制H20出货的举措是特朗普限制中国获得先进半导体的最新努力。
自2022年以来，美国一直禁止向中国出口Nvidia最先进的芯片，担心先进技术可能被中国用于增强军事能力。
