The US law firm Burwick Law has filed a lawsuit against stakeholders involved in the M3M3 token issuance.

BlockBeats News, April 20th, Burwick Law, a U.S. law firm, announced that it has filed a lawsuit against the Meteora platform and individuals including Hayden Davis, Gideon Davis, CT Davis, and Kelsier, in collaboration with the law firm Hoppin Grinsell on behalf of investors, accusing them of fraud, securities fraud, and other illegal activities during the launch of the M3M3 token on the Meteora platform.

BlockBeats previously reported that on March 18th, Burwick Law stated on social media that they had filed a lawsuit on behalf of their clients in the New York State Supreme Court against Kelsier, KIP, Meteora, and related parties, accusing them of misconduct in the issuance of the LIBRA token. The class-action lawsuit alleges that they orchestrated an unfair token issuance, misled purchasers, and harmed the interests of retail investors.
