【部分做市商通过代币借贷获利，可能“扼杀”加密货币项目】金色财经报道，部分做市商正在将代币贷款变成一台盈利机器，并让小型加密项目陷入死亡螺旋。据悉，一种被称为“贷款期权模型”的做市商模式会让项目方向做市商出借代币，做市商再利用这些代币提供流动性、稳定价格，并协助项目上线加密交易平台。然而在幕后的运作中，一些做市商正在利用这种饱受争议的代币贷款结构为自己牟利，这些协议常常被包装成“低风险、高回报”，实则会严重打击代币价格，令刚起步的加密团队陷入混乱与挣扎。 Givner Law 律所创始人 Ariel Givner 表示，“其运作方式是：做市商以某个约定价格从项目方借入代币，作为交换，他们承诺帮助这些代币上线大型交易平台，如果他们未能完成承诺，就需要在一年内以更高的价格偿还这些代币。”但现实中常常发生的情况是，做市商将借来的代币抛售，引发初步的价格暴跌。在代币价格被砸下去之后，他们再以低价回购代币从中获取利润。
