SMX (SMX) plans to collaborate with Singapore-based Aegis Packaging to expand in the ASEAN market.
The initiative integrates SMX's molecular traceability technology with Aegis's O2X high-barrier coating to enhance the recyclability and verifiability of plastic packaging.
The partnership offers instant digital reporting that slashes audit costs for industrial customers, among other features, SMX said Thursday in a statement.
SMX shares rose 41% in recent Thursday trading.
