零跑汽车智驾软件全面免费，仍有1314位用户款项无法原路返还
IT之家 4 月 19 日消息，零跑汽车昨晚发布公告称，4 月 10 日，我们正式宣布对老用户免费开放驾驶辅助相关功能，其间一直在全力推进用户沟通和退费工作。截至目前，大部分用户已通过原支付方式顺利收到退费，但仍有 1314 位用户因原支付路径功能限制，导致款项无法原路返还。
IT之家注意到，零跑汽车 4 月 10 日发布公告，即日起，对含有智能驾驶辅助功能的车型，智驾软件全面免费，包括免费开放高速智能领航辅助（NAP）功能。而针对此前已付费开通 NAP 功能的用户，零跑将在 2025 年 5 月 31 日前退还相关费用。
此外，零跑宣布三电终身质保覆盖全系用户，对通过零跑官方 App、小程序及官网渠道购买任意零跑新车时，未获赠三电终身质保或整车终身质保权益的所有车型首任车主（非营运），官方将在 2025 年 4 月 30 日前补赠三电终身质保权益。
零跑将在 7 月对 2021-2023 款 C11 / C01 用户进行 OTA 推送：包括升级“红绿灯读秒、直线召唤”等高频需求功能。
