科创板融资余额较前一减少 5.41 亿元，融券余额增加 937.99 万元。两融余额合计 1489.15 亿元，较上一减少 5.32 亿元。其中，融资余额合计 1483.52 亿元，融券余额合计 5.63 亿元。融资余额方面，中芯国际最高，为 73.01 亿元，寒武纪、海光信息次之。264 股融资余额环比增加，320 只环比下降。融券余额方面，中芯国际最高，为 0.28 亿元，海光信息、寒武纪次之。100 只融券余额环比增加，154 只环比下降。
