智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，4月16日，昊天国际建设(01341)股东将股票由昊天国际证券转入希望证券，转仓市值4.05亿港元，占比11.94%。
此前昊天国际建投发布公告，于2025年3月29日，公司与江苏利通订立合资协议，以成立、经营及管理合资公司，公司和江苏利通将分别拥有合资公司75%及25%的股权。双方拟成立合资公司，从事包括发展AI算力资源及5G大数据相关业务，其中包括但不限于算力业务及相关技术咨询、业务规划、物流、贸易等业务。
