金融界2025年4月19日消息，国家知识产权局信息显示，采埃孚商用车系统全球有限公司取得一项名为“用于在挂车（1）与车辆周围环境（U）中的交通参与者（5）之间传输数据（D1、D5）的方法，其中，数据（D1、D5）经由在挂车（1）的挂车通信模块（2）与交通参与者（5）的参与者通信模块（4）之间的无线V2X数据链路（3）按照V2X标准（V2XS）低延迟地传输，其中，无线数据链路（3）直接在挂车通信模块（2）与参与者通信模块（4）之间形成，或者间接经由分发站（3a）来形成，其中，分发站（3a）直接转发传输的数据（D1、D5），其中，挂车通信模块（2）依赖于各自的交通参与者（5）自主地选出和激活运行模式（BM），其中，依赖于被激活的运行模式（BM），﹣选出与挂车（1）相关的挂车数据（D1），并且将其按照V2X标准（V2XS）经由无线V2X数据链路（3）自主地发出，和/或﹣按照V2X标准（V2XS）接收并且自主地处理由交通参与者（5）提供且与这些交通参与者（5）相关的参与者数据（D5）”的专利，授权公告号 CN115191122B，申请日期为 2020年1月。
