管理风格上,无招重新建立工作纪律,包括设定9点上班时间、组织早会和晚间工作总结。他强调中层管理者必须“重返一线”,不应纯做管理,要求管理者以身作则,不能让员工单独加班。同时,他简化了汇报流程,倡导直接用文档阐述而非制作PPT,并加强了差旅费用控制。
