在华盛顿针对伊朗石油进口商发布新制裁后，由于对全球供应的担忧，美国油价周三上涨了1美元每桶以上。

　　纽约商品交易所5月交割的西得州中质原油（WTI）期价上涨1.14美元，涨幅为1.86%，收于每桶62.47美元。

　　随着美国总统特朗普试图加大对德黑兰的压力，并将伊朗石油出口降至零，美国周三发布了针对伊朗石油出口的新制裁，包括针对一些所谓的“茶壶炼油厂”。

　　石油输出国组织（OPEC）周三表示，该组织已收到伊拉克、哈萨克斯坦和其他国家进一步减产的最新计划，以补偿超过商定配额的产量，这进一步提振了石油价格。

　　美国能源信息署（EIA）周三表示，上周美国原油库存增加，而汽油和馏分油库存下降。

　　EIA表示，截至4月11日当周，美国原油库存增加515000桶，至4.429亿桶，而接受调查的分析师平均预期为增加507000桶。

　　国际能源署（IEA）周二表示，到2025年，全球石油需求将处于五年来最慢的水平。

　　世界贸易组织周三大幅下调了对全球商品贸易的预测，并补充说，美国的关税可能导致自新冠大流行高峰期以来最严重的低迷。
