花旗集团策略师周三上调了对欧元的汇率预期，理由是美国经济表现相对不佳、政策不确定性加剧推动资本持续回流海外，都对美元构成压力。

• “我们调整了外汇预测，以反映全球投资者越来越有可能减少对美国资产配置的风险，”花旗策略师Daniel Tobon、Osamu Takashima和Brian Levine在报告中写道。“周期性增长差异、政策和经济的不确定性，甚至反美情绪，都可能促使资金重新流向本国市场，或者成为降低针对这种不确定性曝险的机会。”
  • “我们并不认为这是真正的‘去美元化’，也不认为美元的储备货币地位面临实质性风险。”
• 他们将未来三个月的欧元预测从3月20日报告中的1.05上调至1.15，当时他们也曾上调了欧元预期。
  • 对于未来6至12个月，他们将欧元预测从此前的1.10上调至1.20，欧元/美元周三上涨0.8%至1.1373美元；花旗加入高盛行列，预计未来12个月欧元料将达到1.20美元。周一报道，欧元创2009年以来最快涨势 交易员押注将进一步升至1.20美元。
