融创中国境外重组持续推进 约26%债务本金债权人达成共识
融创中国（01918）发布公告，截至2025年4月17日，公司已与若干有代表性的债权人就境外重组方案达成一致。
持有债务本金合计约13亿美元的初始同意债权人已签署重组支持协议，另公司知悉持有债务本金超10亿美元的债权人已原则性支持重组方案并正在履行必要程序以加入重组支持协议，前述债权人合计持有债务本金总额占现有债务本金总额的约26%。
重组范围包括公司发行或担保的境外债务，截至2025年6月30日，债务求偿额合计约95.5亿美元。
