SPC Global Raises AU$20 Million via Fixed Rate Unsecured Notes Due 2029; Shares Up 3%

SPC Global (ASX:SPG) raised AU$20 million through the issue of fixed-rate unsecured notes with a four-year term and an interest rate of 9% per annum, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The proceeds will be used to repay senior debt, support growth initiatives, and for general corporate purposes, the filing said.

Settlement is expected to occur on Thursday, according to the filing.

Shares rose nearly 3% in morning trade Thursday.
