视频流媒体巨头奈飞（Netflix）上个季度大幅提升了销售额和利润。与去年同期相比，收入增长了12.5%，达到105亿美元。季度利润大幅增长24%，达到28.9亿美元。

　　奈飞公布的这些数据超出了分析师的预期。尤其是在每股收益方面，公司表现极为突出，每股收益达到了6.61美元。市场专家此前预计的每股收益平均约为5.70美元。

　　奈飞对于本季度的预测数据也高于分析师的预期。与此同时，公司维持了对全年的展望不变，鉴于今年开局强劲，这显示出了一定的谨慎态度。奈飞的股价在盘后交易时段一度上涨了超过4%。

　　此外，奈飞在其制作过程中使用了人工智能，尤其是为了实现成本更低的特效。

　　Netflix联席首席执行官Ted Sarandos以“减龄”特效为例说明AI的应用：在马丁·斯科塞斯的电影《爱尔兰人》拍摄中，剧组曾花费巨资通过传统技术让罗伯特·德尼罗“变年轻”，但效果未达预期。

　　而在去年电影《佩德罗·帕拉莫》中，改用AI软件后，整部电影成本仅相当于过去单部影片的特效开支。AI工具还被用于拍摄前期准备工作。
