Odaily星球日报讯 美国证券交易委员会（SEC）宣布，美国马萨诸塞州地区法院对自称加密资产做市商的阿联酋实体 CLS Global FZC LLC 作出其违反证券法的最终判决。此外，美 SEC 指控 CLS Global 参与了一项操纵“NexFundAI”市场的计划，将一种加密资产作为证券向散户投资者发售和出售，旨在通过制造活跃交易市场的假象来诱使受害投资者购买 NexFundAI。CLS Global 同意最终判决，根据判决其将被要求支付 425,000 美元的民事罚款、3,000 美元的追缴款以及 80.39 美元的判决前利息。
