智通财经APP获悉，知情人士透露，中国奶茶连锁品牌霸王茶姬(CHA.US)在美国IPO中定价在市场定价区间（26美元至28美元）的高端，成功筹集 4.11 亿美元，无惧关税动荡带来的市场冲击。
知情人士称，霸王茶姬以每股 28 美元的价格出售了 1468 万股美国存托股票。
霸王茶姬的IPO仍在推进，因为其连锁饮料同行们已经经受住了美国令人眼花缭乱的关税决定的考验，而且其专注于中国的业务被认为受贸易战的影响相对较小。在香港，蜜雪集团(02097)的股价自3月份上市以来已上涨了一倍多。
在上周接受IPO认购之前，霸王茶姬已获得高达2.05亿美元的投资者意向。据报道，投资者对ADR发行量数倍的股票表现出浓厚兴趣。
随着市场动荡的到来，一些公司暂停了计划中的美国上市计划。
截至2024年12月31日，其霸王茶姬品牌拥有6440家门店，其中包括6284家中国门店和156家海外门店。在其门店网络中，6271家为特许经营，169家为公司所有。2024年，其在中国的平均每个门店每月销售的杯数为25,099杯(同比增长5%)，其在中国的门店平均每月GMV约为7万美元(同比增长6%)。
霸王茶姬截至2024年12月31日的12个月销售额达17亿美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为CHA。花旗、摩根士丹利、德意志银行和中金公司为此次交易的联席账簿管理人。预计将于2025年4月14日当周定价。
