* 金山云KC.O此前公告称，同意以每股11.27美元发行及出售合共1,730万股固定美国存托股（相当于约2.6亿股普通股），筹15.1-17.6亿港元；以每股5.83港元发行及出售1,800万股普通股，筹1亿港元；向主要股东金山软件3888.HK以每股5.83港元配发及发行6,937.5万股新普通股，筹4亿港元。
该公司并指，拟将所得款项净额用于投资于升级及扩充基础设施，投资于技术及产品开发，及一般企业及营运资金用途。
