智通财经APP获悉，贝壳-W(02423)早盘涨超6%，截至发稿，涨4.81%，报52.3港元，成交额2.77亿港元。
消息面上，根据香港联交所披露文件，4月7日，摩根大通合计增持贝壳-W1,221.41万股其他股股份，价值约5.88亿港元。增持后，摩根大通最新持股数目为3.15亿股股份，好仓比例由8.70%升至9.05%。此外，贝壳近期频繁回购股份，4月15日耗资300万美元回购46.6万股。
中金发布研报称，贝壳三月经历入通利好兑现、以及2024年全年利润和前向指引弱于预期，股价较入通前高点累计回撤26%，同期恒生科技累计回撤21%、港股通内房指数累计回撤8%；往前看，我们认为房地产基本面边际走弱态势渐趋明朗，外部环境扰动下市场对国内支持性政策的预期或更为乐观积极，房地产相关板块交易情绪或有所提振。公司作为基本面扎实、市场地位稳固的白马标的，在回撤中逐步展示出布局性价比；交易层面，其积极的股东回报态度亦为市值提供底部支撑。
