近两个交易日，港股满贯集团股价先暴跌后反弹。4月16日单日暴跌90.26%，原因是控股股东股票质押爆仓，1.29亿股被强制出售。17日早盘一度涨逾130%，收盘涨76.67%，两日累计仍较闪崩前缩水超80%。王嘉俊4月10日增持的股票按17日收盘价算跌幅达83.94%。第二大股东华润医药和雅各臣科研制药未出售股份。满贯集团业务涉及健康护理产品，销售网络广，但2024年业绩不佳，营收8.76亿港元同比下滑26.9%，净利润324万港元同比暴跌98.9%。
