智通财经APP获悉，周四，英特尔(INTC.US)跌近3%，报18.67美元。消息面上，台积电CEO魏哲家表示，台积电没有参与与任何公司组建合资企业或分享技术的讨论，这驳斥了外界一直以来的猜测，即该公司与英特尔谈判以某种形式联姻的可能性。此前有报道称，台积电和英特尔已就成立一家合资企业来运营英特尔的芯片工厂达成初步协议。
