智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，4月17日，中新控股(08125)股东将股票由尊嘉证券国际转入宏智证券，转仓市值2595.2万港元，占比47.11%。
此前中新控股公布进行供股，于2025年3月31日，所有46,384,918股不获认购供股股份已由配售代理以每股0.289港元的价格配售予不少于8名独立承配人。
有关供股的所有条件已获达成，供股已成为无条件且135,457,920股供股股份(占供股项下供股股份总数的100%)将获配发及发行。公司于2025年4月10日配发及发行1.35亿股供股股份。供股(包括配售事项)筹得的所得款项总额及净额分别约为3920万港元及3670万港元。
