CaliberCos (CWD) said Thursday that it priced public offering of 2.4 million units at $0.375 per unit for total proceeds of about $900,000.
Each unit consists of 1 class A common share and a right to acquire one-fifth of a class A common share, according to the statement.
CaliberCos expects to close the offering on or about Monday and plans to use the proceeds to repay debt and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Shares of CaliberCos fell by over 29% in recent Thursday trading.
