上海电气已与相关单位签订非居住房屋拆迁补偿协议
4月18日，上海电气（601727/02727）发布公告，关于土地收储的进展情况。公告中提到，公司于2024年12月30日董事会审议通过了《关于上海市沪闵路1111号土地收储的议案》，同意将该土地使用权由上海市闵行区江川路街道办事处实施收储，收储总价为3.96亿元。
最近，相关单位已与公司签订《非居住房屋拆迁补偿协议》。根据协议的调整，如果公司在2025年4月30日前签订补偿协议，并妥善处理租赁户的清退工作，补偿方将给予公司被补偿房地市场评估价格的20%作为奖励费，金额为4433万元。此次土地收储的收益将根据实施情况，按照《企业会计准则》的规定进行确认。
2024年，上海电气实现收入1161.86亿元，归母净利润7.52亿元。
