新浪科技讯 4月17日下午消息，小米集团公关部总经理王化于微博发文回应遭博主徐里里质疑，关于订单延期的情况，王化表示，“据我了解，您的订单已安排过车辆生产但您因自身原因未提车，已构成违约。

　　王化指出，11月6日，徐里里要求变更（此前购买的小米SU7）提车的交付中心；11月10日，又要求修改上牌人，但提交的资料不符合变更要求；11月23日，车辆下线后，又表示无法提车并要求暂缓排产，小米方工作人员和他确认了“知悉订单有效期为自支付定金之日起360日内”，“超过订单有效期（360日）车辆将不再安排排产，视为徐里里单方违约，上述订单将自动取消，购车合同将自动解除，定金将不予退还”等信息。

　　据王化介绍，按照目前SU7排产到生产的周期，为了保证徐里里在2025年5月能够正常提车及交易的安全性（订单在24年5月20日锁单，360天有效期），小米于2025年1月13日给徐里里发送了排产通知，但对方选择继续延期。
