智通财经APP讯，中化化肥(00297)发布公告，公司间接全资附属公司中化云龙的7000m³初期雨水收集池自投入运行至今时间较久，性能下降，可靠性降低。为确保安全运行，中化云龙计划对上述7000m³初期雨水收集池进行池底更换，并根据相关要求进行了公开招标，确定中蓝长化及河北振兴为联合中标人。
于2025年4月17日，中化云龙与中蓝长化及河北振兴订立EPC总承包项目合同，据此，中化云龙已委托中蓝长化及河北振兴对7000m³初期雨水收集池池底更换进行勘察、设计、采购及施工，总代价为人民币661.6万元。
