BlockBeats 消息，4 月 17 日，据 Decrypt 报道，在香港证监会（SFC）通过“允许持牌机构提供质押服务”新规后，华夏基金（香港）与 OSL 数字证券合作推出的以太坊质押 ETF 获准，最迟于 5 月 15 日上市。该以太坊质押 ETF 通过持牌平台 OSL 的托管与法国质押服务商 Kiln 的节点验证分离运作，投资者可间接获得以太坊质押收益。
香港证监会（SFC）上月发布“ASPIRe”路线图明确提出五大支柱——准入（Access）、保障（Safeguards）、产品（Products）、基建（Infrastructure）和协作（Relationships），目标构建完整的虚拟资产生态。香港首支以太坊质押 ETF 定于 4 月 25 日推出，港府在三个月内连续批准两支质押型加密 ETF，监管框架正逐渐具备国际竞争力。
