Odaily星球日报讯 斯洛文尼亚财政部已提议自 2026 年起对加密货币资本利得征收 25%税率，适用于将加密资产兑换为法币或用于消费的交易，但不包括加密资产之间的互换。财政部表示，此举旨在弥补现行税制中的漏洞，并将加密收益与股票、债券等传统投资收益统一纳税处理。此前收益（2026 年 1 月 1 日前）不纳入征税范围，交易损失可结转抵扣未来收益。预计新税制每年可为国家带来 250 万至 2500 万欧元收入，财政部当前正公开征求公众意见。欧洲央行数据显示，斯洛文尼亚是欧元区加密持有率最高的国家，2023 年约有 15%的成年人持有加密货币。（CoinDesk）
