　　万国数据-SW（09698）早盘涨幅持续扩大，股价大涨14.04%，现报20.55港元，成交额1.01亿港元。

　　高盛发布研报称，维持万国数据-SW（09698）“买入”评级，目标价38.30港元。万国数据的首只公开房地产投资信托基金（REIT）发行申请于3月26日获中国证监会批准，此前已获国家发展和改革委员会批准。

　　公开资料显示，万国数据是中国及东南亚地区领先的高性能数据中心运营商和服务商。华创证券指出，贸易摩擦尚未结束，科技内循环仍为核心主线。算力服务包括IDC及算力租赁，国内互联网大厂及运营商在算力方向的投资热度高涨，未来无论训练或推理方向，对IDC、算力租赁均具有较强的需求支撑，而供应端受制供给周期以及供应渠道，或出现量价齐升的局面，看好相关企业驶入业绩增长加速通道。
