4月16日晚，多名网友反映称，零跑汽车App崩了，“无法解锁车辆被迫罚站，页面显示加载失败”，还有网友担心“会不会半路熄火”。对此，17日，零跑汽车有关负责人回应南都记者称，“主要是因为App系统维护期间出现服务波动，问题发生的1小时后就修复了。不存在半路熄火的问题。”

　　网友发布的截图显示，零跑汽车App提示“请求超时”“暂无网络，车模型加载中”。多位车主称，“钥匙锁车里了，真坑”，“去机场给我撂半路了”，“来的时候好好的，现在回不去了”。还有网友表示，“现在好担心驾驶安全，不会半路熄火吧。”

　　对此，17日，零跑汽车有关负责人回应南都记者称，“主要是因为App系统维护期间出现服务波动，问题发生的1小时后就修复了。不存在半路熄火的问题。”

　　同日，零跑汽车客服告诉南都记者，“目前App已经恢复正常，之后公司会不断提升产品及服务水平。很抱歉给广大零跑车主带来不好的体验。”
