Carta Holdings to Merge Three Digital Marketing Subsidiaries, Rename Surviving Unit

Carta Holdings (TYO:3688) will merge three wholly owned subsidiaries on July 1 as part of a broader strategy to consolidate operations in its digital marketing segment, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Carta Marketing Firm (CMF) will absorb Carta Communications (CCI) and Barriz through an absorption-type merger, with the two latter entities to be dissolved.

The surviving company will be renamed Carta Zero.

The move is aimed at streamlining operations, boosting productivity, and strengthening client service offerings by pooling resources. All three firms are based in Tokyo and fully owned by the parent company.
