中国科培与湖南职业学校签署融资协议年利率10%
4月17日，中国科培（01890）发布公告，提供了有关与湖南职业学校签订的合作协议及贷款融资的进一步信息。
根据公告，湖南职业学校将根据融资支持合同提取的贷款金额按每年10%的利率计息，此利率是经过公平磋商后确定的，已考虑到湖南职业学校现有贷款融资的适用利率及市场上教育行业公司可获得的类似贷款融资利率，范围在4.5厘至10.7厘之间。
公告还提到，融资支持合同的条款被董事会认为是公平合理的，符合公司的整体利益。贷款到期日为首次提取贷款融资之日起计满四年。此外，公告中列出了湖南金侨及其他相关方的最终实益拥有人，均为独立于公司及其关联人士的第三方。所有其他信息维持不变，公告应与之前的公告一并阅读。
