Odaily星球日报讯 2024 年 11 月由美国多个州检察长联盟提起指控美国证券交易委员会（SEC）在前任主席 Gary Gensler 的领导下超越权限，在没有制定适当规则的情况下打击加密货币公司。 当地时间 4 月 16 日，美国肯塔基州东区法官 Gregory Van Tatenhove 批准对此案进行 60 天的暂缓审理，理由是美 SEC 自己也承认，由于领导层的过渡“此案可能会得到解决”，双方均未反对该动议，目前需在 30 天内提交联合状态更新，此次暂停是在特朗普政府放弃美国证券交易委员会此前严厉执法的加密货币议程之后做出的，这标志着监管环境对该行业更加有利。（Decrypt）
